Confidence Courage & Charisma

Body language is an art and this book points out some common sense solutions to exuding more confidence, courage and charisma in our daily lives. I especially appreciate the information on eye contact. The author is of the opinion that when we are the last one to break eye contact we display more confidence and other alpha male traits. This book not only applies to dating but also to general social interaction and public speaking engagements. The practice of opening up our body as we speak to make our audience like and trust us more makes perfect sense. I also like the philosophy to imitate an alpha male until you become one naturally. Anyone that wants to improve their communication and be more comfortable in their own skin will enjoy this book. I highly recommend it!

I have already read several books on body language. I believe it is very important to understand the attitude and thoughts of anyone that you are connected to. Body language is really helpful in the office environment, especially when you are working with potential clients. It is equally important in our private life. Who wouldn't want to know what his date is thinking during that awkward first date? I was very curious to find out how men project themselves using this powerful tool. Reading this book I discovered that there isn't much difference to their attitude than the one used to attract a customer, or a girlfriend. Body language is for everybody.
