Excellent meditation book, reflections for mediation.

Excellent daily meditation book, I have the book and having on my ereader (iPhone) makes it great for travel and times I am moved to mediate when those moments arise on a beach, out on the water, sometimes a park, even a plane.

Great inspirational daily meditation book.

I love this book. There are daily 1-3 page meditations (kindle version) that are inspired from what I call "Ah Ha" moments, (those times where you have new spiritual and mental breakthroughs). Each day gives me a new concept to meditate on. I'm greatful to see others with the same maladies I have, and see the solutions that have worked for them. This book is full of workable solutions. I would hightly recommend you buy this book, read it again and again, and meditate on what others have found so workable. Great job to the editors.
