A to the point book with helpful tips to cure your insomnia

A good read, this book had some interesting tips on curing your insomnia and made me smile while discussing what could potentially be a very serious problem. I can have a hard time relaxing entirely and this book shared some exercises that could help with that. Many of the tips only take minor tweaks to your day to help you sleep better at night.
It also sheds light on the number of small, seemingly insignificant habits we have and do every day that are probably really messing up our sleep period. And messing with our lives in the long run. All in all, this was a good book with common sense information on how to sleep better and, hopefully, cure your insomnia.
Note: The author gives this book a PG-13 rating since a brief section of the content could be considered more mature but it doesn’t go into great detail, so just be aware.

Fun and easy to read!

The book Insomnia by Samantha Jones is a easy and fun guide to follow. It is written in such a way that it is not too scientific yet it refers to studies and research made by those who are sleep experts. The significant advice given is in order to overcome insomnia, first we need to change our lifestyle and sleeping habits. Just so the readers be aware, there's a PG-13 advice on the latter part of the book, don't worry the author didn't go that far detailed about it. I decided to download this book because I thought I'm having sleep problems, then I realized it's all about my lifestyle. Good read!

Recommended read, easy to follow and great advice.

I have always been a lousy sleeper, I noemally go to sleep around 2:00 am and it's so hard for me to wake up early that it hurts. Thanks to this book I have understanded better the benefits of a "normal" sleeproutine and the ways to achieve it. The book is short and written in a funny conversational tone so I was able to read it and grasp all it's information rather quickly. If you're struggling to find a good sleeping habit this might just be the book for you.
