Denzil Darel - known physical therapist and the person recreated itself after severe trauma. The misfortune happened to Denzil when he was 25 years old - a fracture of the cervical spine. After that his life hung in the balance. Consilium doctors was merciless - likely to survive, much less recover almost none. But Denzil already learned not to give up, he did not just treated, and first tried his personal technique. Three weeks later a control picture was taken, and the surprise of the doctors knew no bounds - all grown together perfectly. Otherwise, as it can not be called a miracle. At that time, the foundation was laid, formed the basis of the author's method of "healing impulse." Denzil was then realized that his higher purpose - to bring people in " a healing impulse" , which is based on the principles of recovery and rehabilitation , Denzil tested on himself . 1985-1995 year - development of simulators for special rehabilitation and training; 1988-1990 - practical classes with children with disorders of the musculoskeletal system; 1988-1996 - preparation of professional athletes to the championships; 1990-2000 - development and systematization of their own "healing impulse" techniques; 1993 - experience fasting for 54 days; 1994 - transition on Tibet mountains without supplies of food, eating only plants growing; 1997 - crossing the Kalahari desert on a bicycle, with a limited amount of water; 1998 and until now - the founder of the team extreme Equites; 2005 - experience fasting for 40 days without water; 2008 - The Atlantic crossing the intersection with the 40 days fasting; 2013 - creation of «DD» Academy.

California author and health expert Denzil Darel has written three key books on Yoga – YOGA: HELATHY DIET, YOGA: FASTING FOR HEALTH, and no YOGA FOR BEGINNERS. He promotes self-healing through practicing meditation and spiritual experience, which of course includes Yoga. And if indeed he is the model on the cover of this book he obviously practices what he preaches!

Denzil’s book is intended as Book 1 so the fact that it is simply an explanation of the theory and history of Yoga. He opens with a solid introduction: ‘The word "yoga" is of Sanskrit origin. Its direct translation is "bridle", "harness", "gear". There are also many other meanings of this word. But apparently they are of a more recent origin than the actual fact of the experimental conscious calculation by some human beings of the specific ways to achieve the particular state of consciousness. Let's try to choose the most appropriate translation from the three options. Otherwise, we would be very difficult to understand exactly what the ancients had in mind. The tip is in the definitions of the concept "Yoga" given by those who put in use the term. There are many interpretations and variations on the theme, but only definitions adopted by all schools and trends without exception as canonical are known..."Firm possession of feelings – this is called yoga. ... Death tells such knowledge."

His explanations make the reader experience the internal aspects of the practice of Yoga. Perhaps the actual art of the practice will follow in the next volumes. This is a solid start. Grady Harp, February 16

This is a very good book to read

This is a very good book to read; a lot of useful information and guidelines on how to start your Yoga exercises. In this book you will learn the different poses in Yoga; the author includes detailed instructions on how to do those poses properly. I really like the guidelines on how to perform the Yoga meditation, very easy to understand! Denzil did a fantastic job on creating a very informative book like this and I commend him for that. It is indeed a good read and I highly recommend this book to all the people who are looking for knowledge in Yoga.

yoga step by step !!

This book is great , the book is well structured , the Author Denzil Darel is giving step by step a way for beginners to learn Yoga starting with the mind and behavior , i really liked reading this book , yoga is amazing , i had before bad feelings about Yoga but this book gave me another look to it , i add it to calisthenics as well as weight training , really good ! I just wished pictures were there !
