I love how the author explains inflammation and how mild inflammation ...

This book was right on time because at this moment I am battling inflammation within my body. I love how the author explains inflammation and how mild inflammation differs from chronic inflammation. The author tells you what symptoms to look for and how it can cycle and re-cycle. Sharing her story I can relate to the tests results and the doctors prognosis of doom but she left us with hope and understanding that we can find a resolution to this problem through our diet and finding the right foods to combat the inflammation in our bodies. I love the list of foods that she shared and the information on how different foods effect us. Wow. I advise anyone who has this problem to get this book. It is an excellent outline for getting healthier and fighting inflammation without a lot of medications.

The start of this story is great. However it lost reader connectedness toward the end which was disappointing . I feel that I was suckered into a sales add.: (

Diet is Everything

This is so true, that food causes irritability and inflammation. People have not sat down to think about what the book says: that this sudden explosion (no pun intended) of IBS and Chron's Disease is not caused by the environment, nor by a virus, nor by bacteria like all other conditions. This is an acquired condition that seems more like an allergy than anything else. And an allergy can kill you if it is not dealt with properly. Well, here we are killing ourselves with processed and adulterated foods, with junk food, and with mindless eating. Pay close attention to what the book says. Make a list of the foods and experiment with removing them from your diet. Not only will you lose weight, but you will help yourself and many other aspects of your life.
