Vietnamese Cooking made easy!

This is an awesome book that introduces you to the world of Vietnamese Cuisine. You'll find really delicious, easy and fun to make recipes that are unique to Vietnam. The very first Vietnamese food I tasted and had really great fun doing is the fresh spring rolls, what I like about this food is the rice paper wrapper used, it is so thin, so dry and stiff that you wonder you roll it without crashing it to pieces, but this book will show just how to do it. In this book you'll also find interesting recipes that added sprigs of mint, that makes this cuisine really unique, just like the Vietnamese Chicken and Mint Salad. If you love Vietnamese food you'll definitely love this book.

I'm really enjoying this cookbook!
Sometimes I feel Vietnamese Cookbook generally have the same recipes but this book more than surprised me.
I made two dishes out of the book so far, the Chiken and Mint salad , and the Pork Chop Rice. Both were winners! I look forward to trying out the rest of the recipes in this cookbook.
Really enjoyed it and give it 5 stars, excellent!
I recommend this book to anyone who like Vietnamese cuisine!

Full of recipes

This guide is full of different recipes for me. I really like the Vietnamese cooking and this book includes 20 delicious recipes. The book is well written and the directions are simply and easy to apply. My favorite recipe from this book is the prawn spring roll wraps. I will definitely try a lot of them.
