Before you go on you should have a simple understanding of the process your body goes through when dropping the pounds, which is apparently visible in this book. And it has been mentioned clearly as weight loss doesn't mean eating less. it is always based on what you eat and how it helps you in your health and fit body. Even stress also explained. With the wonderful recipes at the end of the book.

If you really want to read the solution for weight loss through natural ways by changing your bad eating habits, then this is one of the perfect books. Author, Martin wrote lot of tips and tricks that anyone can use on daily basis to loss his or her excess weight and stay fit. Language of this book is simple to understand and flow of the content is quite good for reading and understanding the concept. After reading this book, I got knowledge of many new things about healthy habits that I didn't know before. Author also wrote some of the useful recipes at the end of the book. Overall, this is very informative book on the subject. Highly recommended.

I am somebody that is constantly on diets and healthy lifestyle but it seems like I never lose weight. So I got this book after a friend of mine recommended it to me and I read it in the same day. I was amazed by the new things I learned and some things I have been doing wrong. So I started practicing the advises and I set a 21 day challenge to lose 21 pound. I am very satisfied by the way I feel and look after several days and I definitely recommend this book as something everybody should read and use!
