Full of interesting and practical advice.

Luckily for us there are many ways in which we can boost our metabolism including exercise, diet, supplements, yoga and even the way we eat our food.
Did you know that by eating specific foods, particular vegetable, fruits and herbs we can also boost the metabolism? Interesting chapters are devoted to what they are, how they help, and the vitamins and minerals they contain.
There is also a chapter on the best drinks to drink and some tasty suggestions of teas, smoothies etc., to make yourself.
And, last but not least, it must not be forgotten that a good night’s sleep is essential for our wellbeing, and so advice is included on how we can achieve that too.
Whether you are determined to change your life around or would just like to help yourself be a little healthier and am sure this book will interest you, and offer many suggestions.

Good advice but needs an editor

I give it 4 stars because it was free and everything listed in this article (isn't really book length) fits with the extensive research I've done on the topics of metabolism and weight loss. But the poor writing style and frequent grammar errors make it hard to take it seriously. There's an odd line about increased insulin being a good thing but I assumed it was just another typo since the author(s) seem to know what they are talking about on the other issues. A good editor could fix the grammar pretty easily and make the piece seem more authoritative. It would also help to actually cite some of the studies mentioned rather than resorting to lines like, "research suggests" and "one study showed." (The studies actually do exist to support most of the claims in this article.)

“101 natural ways to lose weight” doesn’t sound bad, does it? There are so many people with all kinds of supplements and pills that don’t work or cost a lot of money. This book helps you see how you can lose weight the natural way. Things like “dandelions” surprised me, as well as some other tips and suggestions I never thought of.
