I really want to burn a lot of my fat. I like to cook,but I realized that everything that I cooked before had a lot of fat. I understood,that what I eat is really important for my figure and I decided to cook healthy food. This book teaches you on how to manage to cook tasty but really healthy food.I tried some dishes and really they are much less fat that was ok for me before,but it is not less tasty. Dishes that are indicated here are all fat burning foods. I hope this,I believe this and I feel this on myself.

Lose your FAT through these foods & recipes

The book starts off with explaining the basics of FAT, reasons for the fat and then goes on explaining the ways how it can be burned. Later, author provides the list of foods and recipes which are very crucial in burning the fat and helps to have a healthy body. I really like all the recipes mentioned in the book. I recommend this book to everyone who want to lose their FAT.

Get the jelly out of the belly! This was a nice book to get a person started on losing weight by burning fat.

As explained one of the reasons a person can work out and still not lose weight may be do to stubborn belly fat.

The book walks through the value of foods such as Fish and Milk and many others. I was not aware of the nutritional value of legumes and cherries. I now will have a tasty option to raise my melatonin level.

Next the book talks about the value of raising a person's metabolism. The book then supplies several healthy fat burning recipes that really look good.

This is a nice little read for healthy eating that combines educational information with very usable recipes. I am ready to get started cooking.

Fat is Lethal, Get Rid of it now.

This is very informative book because first it gives you introduction about body fat and then author explained the reasons of not losing fat even after work out. Secondly I like how citrus fruit, cherries and nuts help you in fat loss. Last but not the least recipes are wonderful. I have tried BBQ Turkey Burgers and Middle Eastern Rice Salad. I assure you, you will get rid of extra fat if you follow this book as per the instructions.
