Game changer book on building your self-worth and obtaining high self-regard!

I was never a confident kid; I have always suffered with inferiority complex when I was younger. This has made me become a bit hesitant to start new relationships – be it friendship or romantic relationship because I always feel that I am not good enough, or that there are a lot of people out there who are better, prettier, and more talented than me. Self-worth is something that has been foreign to me during my younger days. It was only when I reached my mid-20s that I have eventually learned to embrace and love who I am and brush off what others think about me.
This book has presented to me things that I wished I had known earlier. If someone told me things that I have read in this book 10 to 15 years ago, I would be an entirely different person now, someone oozing with confidence, self-worth and self respect. It even gave an entirely new perspective of addressing self esteem which I have never thought would be of help in getting to the roots of low self esteem issues. I really love this book because it teaches its readers how to love themselves more, stop being people-pleasers, and just embrace the positive side of life. Kudos to the author, indeed a well-written and helpful book! :)

The basis of self esteem is centered on how you see yourself. Most times it does not really matter how others see you but how you see yourself, that is what determines the level of your happiness.
Within this book are tips that will help you build your self esteem and confidence. I am not sure how else to help my friend out of his mindset, thinking so low of himself and having such little confidence when I know that there are things I have seen no one else do as much as he. Going through this book, I understand why he thinks so and I hope to change that with the ideas I got from this book.

I never thought that I had self-esteem issues or lack of self-confidence, but in recent years I experienced a very stressful situations in my former job that puts me in a very unpleasant place, at the point that I decided to quit that job, but it wasn't until a couple months ago that I realize; that that moment of my life put me on a very wrong path, because I took in the very wrong way all the negative comments of my former coworker, recently, I found myself again in this dark path; and for recommendation of my friend Sarah I decided to look for a solutions for this problem, I bought this book and once I read the intro I couldn't stop until I finish it. It captivated me, the clear way the book aboard this matter, allow me the see from a view that I never did it before, a much simple but yet gratifying way, the four chapters lead you to the correct manner of how deal with my life, and all the people and situations that surround me. all the exercises and the situations that this book propose, are in somehow so well structured that there is no way you could get it in the wrong way.
