Aromatherapy for stress

A fantastic, cheap, easy to read resource on essential oils

I was first introduced to essential oils through my wife who has suffered from depression throughout her life. While living abroad she found essential oils and they SAVED HER! Since then we've grown in our passion for the oils and educating people on their amazing benefits. I got this book because I wanted to see if it would be a good resource for us to share with people at the educational events we put on around the world. What I love about this resource specifically is that it isn't too long. There are TONS of essential oil books here on kindle, but most of them are either really long or really poor quality. This one is fantastic! No one want's to spend days and days learning the basics of essential oils and aromatherapy. This book does a fantastic job of providing juicy, valuable content in a concise and easy to follow format. I'll definitely be recommending this book.
