Excellent and helpful book for the BODY-MIND-SPIRIT!

This book I found helps BODY-MIND-SPIRIT. Since I am new to what holistic medicine does and Chakras, etc, I found myself spending lots of time in search engines looking up these topics and more.
From the time I read and viewed the Chakras in this book, I was hooked reading this book so I continued...then I examined her secrion regarding Core Foundations which is like a check list to discover the facets of the body and how well or not one is.
I copied this on a sheet of paper and discovered what area I needed to work on, which areas were in best of shape, etc. A d I found 4 areas that I need to work on!
This is really the best holistic book I found because it has NO FLUFF, and every section I have found useful.
This book, for me personally, is a wonderful reference book. I plan to refer to it often.
Book provided to me for reviewing purposes. After reading this book, I am very impressed with the wealth of information in this book!

I read all kinds of small ebooks on Amazon about chakras. They were 20 or 30 or sometimes even 40 pages, but this author took 3 years of her life and devoted more than 200 pages to the subject. That’s dedication! Okay, about the book… my honest opinion… with the oriental background of the methods, this book dives deep into people’s emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical expressions and energies.
The origins of a human’s behavior can be traced back to the roots, as you are a being with all those dimensions. She discusses this topic elaborately in the book and with her scientific approach backs up the theories with biological evidence and facts. Exercises, nutrition, and mindfulness techniques are all pinpointed in this book and in no small degree do they contribute to a person’s well-being. Tired of all those “chakras for beginners” reads for 99 cents? This is a real jewel of a book that gives you way more for your money. Definitely 5 stars.

A Complete Body/Mind Approach to Health

I loved this comprehensive approach to mental and physical health by Clare Rooney. Although the author clearly has the credentials to write this book, what I appreciated most was the fact that she has implemented the process for herself in becoming a world class athlete and in overcoming significant health issues. I've read dozens of health and fitness books, but this is one of the best, based upon the fact that it addresses every aspect of health including great diet and exercise advice, but also addressing the mental and spiritual aspects of health that can keep a person from reaching their goals. So often we tend to sabotage our own success by failing to address anything beyond the calories in/calories out paradigm. This book will help you avoid that trap.
