Forgot the most important part!

I was looking for book to explain and illustrate various exercises for different areas and muscle groups. This book has a large amount of exercises but does not state what muscles and muscle groups are being targeted. There is a small section at the end that takes a tiny portion of the exercises and applies them to two or three muscle areas. What about the rest of the exercises?

Good, except for missing text...

I liked the book for pretty much the same reasons as the other reviewers have cited, however, partway though the exercises in chapter 2 the formatting was messed up. The column with the explanation of the exercise became so narrow it chopped off half the text when viewed on my Samsung tablet and all of the text when viewed on my smaller Kindle screen. Tried making the textsize as small as possible, but still couldn't get all the text to show up. . Not sure what the problem is, but won't give it 5 stars without the missing descriptions.

In this book you will learn a lot of effective home workouts that has detailed instructions on how to get started. Hathaway did a remarkable job on creating a very informative book like this and I commend him for that. It is indeed a good read and I highly recommend this book to all the people who are looking for a very effective workout to increase their strength, endurance and flexibility.
