A fabulous read

This book was fantastic, and is definitely a must read for anyone pregnant or planning to be. The tips gleaned from this book are priceless.
Carrying and nurturing a growing baby inside of the human body is one of the most amazing and greatest experiences anyone can have. It is a gift that is sadly not given to every woman, and one that must be cherished. It is of critical important to eat well and take care of oneself during pregnancy so that both the pregnancy and baby will be healthy. It is often said that the body is a temple, and there is no time that this is more true than during a pregnancy.
By eating healthy during pregnancy, a woman can have a happy, easy pregnancy. Proper nourishment can keep nausea and morning (or for some, all day) sickness at bay, and help maintain a high level of energy. The author talks at length about her own pregnancies and how she took the best care of herself possible. It's a great choice to make for both mother and baby.

Have a healthy Baby

I wish this book had been around when I was pregnant with my children. I look back at the things I ate when I was pregnant and I wonder how my children were born as healthy as they were. Ms. Taylor has really done an excellent job breaking down each and everything and given good explanations of how and why. Starting with the demands of pregnancy to the end of the pregnancy and in between she has provided was excellent information. The list of the foods that you should eat during pregnancy was very informative and the author provides explanations with each food. Highly recommend this book for any woman that is wanting to eat healthier during their pregnancy.
