Great Advice on How to Lose Weight and Keep it Off!

I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. I would first like to start by saying I am an extremely busy college student with no time to exercise and little money to spend on expensive healthy food. That being said I love the way this book started by asking the reader to evaluate why losing weight was important to them and their motivations. This book gave great tips about how to control portion sizes and how to feel less hungry during the day without losing energy. I will definitely be using this book throughout my weight loss journey and I know this will help me put eating in perspective.

Good Read

I have struggled with my weight all my life. I tried many diets and special programs. While I lose weight fairly easily, my problem is that I cannot maintain the weight loss, and I end up back where I started. I will definitly gonna try this, because the the word in here are so powerful that they got me in. This is an excellent book for weight loss and exercise motivation. I am impressed with author's writing skills as well.

In his introduction author Jacob Simon states ‘You can lose weight in a way that is easy, effective, and maintainable. You don’t have to rearrange your life; this diet works for you and your waist line….This method hinges on one simple technique: calorie deficit….By consuming fewer calories, you will burn them more easily, and your body will be capable of naturally processing the fat. This leaves you looking and feeling thin.’
Without going into detail, Jacob’s message or technique is visible in his chapter headings: Finding your motivation, Portion control – the actual method, Cheat day, Exercising, Whey every meal is important, Drinks, Managing cravings, Staying motivated, Keep busy, Remove Stress, and Be patient.
This book could be called a Common Sense booking that Jacob’s manner of explaining the various stage of his plan seem so logical and applicable that he has us believing in ourselves - under his guidance. The subtitle of the book is THE NO DIET, NO EXERCISE, EASY AND EFFECTIVE WAY for weight loss. After reading this little book it seems not only possible to follow, but irrational NOT to follow!
