Reading this book enabled me to learn the importance of Gut and Gut Flora in our body. Gut is the one responsible for breaking the foods that we eat and absorbs it's nutrients. I really wasn’t sure if I even had a “gut issue” until I read this book. Really the only reason I grabbed it is because I’m always interested in ways I can improve my health.
After reading through the book, though, I’m 90% sure I have some sort of gut flora disturbance.
I used to take probiotics, but stopped because I thought they were just a waste of money. However, the author has convinced me that they’re one of the best things I can do for my body and my overall health—not just for your gut.
I like that the author provides many small changes people can make in their daily lives to improve their overall gut health. Two thumbs up!

Very informative read

Very informative read on what you can do if you have an imbalance of gut flora and the problems associated with it. I learnt a lot about what to do to have a healthier gut and found the subject very interesting as I am always looking at ways to become healthier. Would recommend to anyone who wants to fin out more.
