A handy introduction to essential oils!

I have seen so many suggestions on the use of essential oils, but I really did not know the first thing about them. This book is a really nice introduction on the subject. It does not go into which oil to use for what purpose, but it does address what essential oils are, how to tell quality, how they are used, how to store them, etc. I especially liked that it addresses safety precautions, because that was something I was concerned about. Overall, this is a great, concise, well-written guide on essential oils. Recommended!

I was really looking for a guide with a list of the types of oils and what they help with. This had none of that. Some nice information otherwise.
