The power of visualization!

I ordered this book because I do believe in the power of visualization, which is essentially the gist of this great book. When you choose to follow what the book says to do, consider the following. You have to really believe in this. Use visuals from the internet, go online on Pinterest, create a board, but stick to your thought process. Your body will respond to your deepest wishes. It also dies it when the opposite happens, and you live in fear of gaining weight, and then your whole ability to visualize goes awry. Like the book says, your strongest thoughts ultimately move you toward action. This is how you end up making decisions that are directly produced by your subconscious. It is no joke, and it is not magical thinking. Visualization and re-constructing your perspective of things is how you make life work for you, or against you. It is your choice, really!

Oh my goodness! This book was the best yet. Your mindset is key to being a success in whatever you are seeking. I fell in love with it the minute I read the first paragraph. I love how the author first give you the rules to thinking yourself thin and breaks down each category that will help others to understand how your mindset works.. I love how she shares her life events to relate to her thinking in a more positive light.I can relate to her on so many different instances that she shares in these pages. I guarantee if you get this book and do exactly what the author says then you will restructure your way of thinking and regain a new life.
If you want to re-set your thinking to obtain a thinner and a better you I highly recommend this book.

Beat the mental block

The way we think about ourselves and treat our bodies and influence our health and physical stature in the end. So rarely do I ever see people in the health/fitness industry that understand that. I love that Emily took the time to look into why this happens and explain it to others. Her writing is very straight forward and actually makes sense, rather than being a bunch of fitness guru mumbo jumbo.
I think the best part is that she talks about all the things she tried before realizing that she was not a mentally fit person and that was a large part of the reason she couldn't lose weight.
