Variety of meals available

I love this recipe book. It contains over 30 recipes to prepare healthy meal that is quick and easy. The big plus of this book is the variety of meals it offers, so you won't get bored with eating the same food over and over. Also, to be able to eat meat and still stay within the constraints of the diet is fantastic. This book will show you how to balance your meat and vegetables, how to prepare tasty salads and deserts and what food is acceptable for Paleo diet in the first place. So, for every reader who wants to eat like our ancestors this is must have.

Great recipe book, for anyone trying to be health conscious

I am not a dieter, but was looking for healthier ways to cook. This book has great recipes, just as good or better than eating in a restaurant. The recipes are easy to prepare. Most recipes are low in sugar, high in protein, and high in potassium. I would recommend the recipes for anyone trying to be health conscious. Not a typical weight-loss diet book. It gives suggestions for eating healthier and avoiding artificial sweeteners.
