Eric Lyleson is a psychologist in private practice and has lectured at the Australian College of Applied Psychology. For more than thirty years, he has been personally and professionally exploring psychotherapeutic and spiritual practices most useful in helping people free themselves from psychological suffering. This is his second book.

A beautifully detailed understanding and explanation of the cycles of change and patterns of growth in human behaviour. Eric very eloquently merges his vast experience as a Psychologist with in-depth knowledge of Spirituality and the Enneagram to provide a unique framework for navigating change and a model for understanding personal transformation. All captured in a novel, captivating and very engaging manner. As someone who is new to the Enneagram, but with a love of personal development and desire to deepen my own level of Spirituality, I found Essential Wholeness to be a a wonderful companion and guide. A highly recommended and enjoyable read.
