A little deceiving...

This book is very good for yoga poses and the ideas that were brought up in it to lose weight. However, this is not 315 pages long. I'd say it's around 60 or 70. When I finished the book on my kindle, it was only at 17%. That is because the rest of the book and the majority of the pages are for the bonus book about the Paleo Diet which I didn't need. I thought it was just the yoga guide. It is a good book, just keep in mind that the yoga part of the book is not very long.

This book was very informative to me. I never new yoga and nutrition were working together as much as they do. I'm anxious to see how all this works for me to lose weight...I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to be healthier and more Intune with their bodies and mind.
