This is a pamphlet, at best! A very poorly written one, at that!

I rarely write reviews for anything, but after receiving this I'm incensed! This is a joke of a "book"! It's loaded with misinformation while proclaiming it's based on the "latest research" from "health-care professionals", all of which are never referenced. The format is atrocious and it's apparent within the first paragraph that editing was not a high priority. I expected more than UNINFORMED bullet points, IGNORANT OPINIONS and TWELVE USELESS recipes. I was expecting practical recipes for lessening my endo symptoms and improving my quality of life. I couldn't care less about hot chocolate, caramels, mud pies or pastry. I wouldn't even purchase this as a 99 cent e-book. This is simply someone taking advantage of endometriosis sufferers in attempt to make a quick buck. The title of "Author" is both generous and undeserved.
