Good recipes but

Good recipes but found that there are ingredients in the recipe that go nowhere. Like it will read take an egg and separate but then the egg is never used so that is why I did not give it a higher rating.

Good Bread Easier Made if You're Young and Frisky

I prefer homemade bread, andI enjoy collecting recipes for more flavorful breads. This book provides these recipes. My only objection is that is intended for people who have the strength to stand up and knead for ten to fifteen minutes at a time. My health precludes that. So to use these recipes I have to fiddle with them to make them fit into my bread machine. I know how to do that, but it's still a pain. Will I do it? Of course.
