Beneficial to anyone looking to advance their workout!

Sammy Franco brings another hard hitting (literally!) workout in book form with his new offering, “Heavy Bag Workout: A Hard-Core Guide to Heavy Bag Workout Routines”. The third in the series, this one is, arguably, the hardest of the lot.
Anyone who has ventured into a gym (well… most of them at least, some do not have bags) has seen people pummeling away at the Heavy Bags near the back, slamming them for all they are worth. A full body workout, Heavy Bags offer the kind of workout that will shape your entire body and define muscles in a way no other exercise really can.
Broken down in chapters and segments, Franco goes into 14 different workout routines, from Time-Based training to Impairment Training. There is a method to hitting a bad, and Franco shows you how. Truly ‘out-of-the-box’ training condensed into a full color, picture rich book that walks you through every step in the training process. This may be aimed at athletic men or fighters, but women will also glean a strong understanding of the benefits of Bag training, and probably add the intensive routine to their gym schedule – like I have done.

Great Heavy Bag Training series

I have been putting my trust in Sammy Franco's training ever since discovering his Widow Maker series about a year ago. After an incident that threatened my personal safety, I made a vow to devote myself to both fitness and self-defense training. Franco's training guides have been indispensable to me in this regard and I love the focus that his Heavy Bag Training series has given me. The dozens of workout routines that are included in this book are detailed and more focused than anything that I have found at the local gym. The step by step instructions and photographs make this an easy to follow guide that is providing me with fantastic gains.
