I bought this book, hoping I can help change my parent's lifestyle. This is a book for people who fall under the senior age group, to help them improve their lifestyle and well being. So if you're looking for potions to stop aging, this book is not for you. This book gives tips on how to make use of items at home to do simple exercises suitable for the elderly which I find it interesting. This book also has an example of how to come up with a meal plan which can be useful for some people. Overall, I would recommend this book!

i like how the author says we need to continue to be in motion. I think in our modern society, many people forget the importance of exercise or going outside to enjoy nature for a bit. Many people abuse their bodies without realizing it and it gives rise to many health problems in later years.
It doesn't take a lot to start a healthy lifestyle. The author makes it really simple to start of with an hour a day and gradually choosing more healthy foods to put on our plate.

Another good quickie read while waiting at Changi airport! From this book, I learn that good exercise and dieting habits can prevent aging. The author gave a simple formula to stay healthy and young: An hour of exercise a day and five colors on the plate keep the doctor away. And it is not even difficult to implement the suggestions in the book. Definitely buy this book to improve your well being.
