NOW I KNOW ABOUT PEGAN!

I have been eating the Paleo way for a few years so when I saw Pegan, I was very curious as to how you could cross Paleo and Vegan. Well I have been educated.
The author tells you exactly what Pegan is and then gives you some very interesting and easy recipes that anyone can make. I especially like the avocado dressing.
